I’m assuming the rat running has been an ongoing concern to residents as well, so I do wonder what, if any solutions they proposed to reduce and ideally eliminate it.

As I understand it, that was the main reason for the change.

Seems like the decision was that in order to eliminate rat running through the streets, it’ll take residents longer to get to and from their homes.

To make matters more complicated it’s not all streets from where the sign is placed and the destination you can not longer get to.
