Additionally, making it 2-way will (hopefully!) slow vehicles to a maximum of 20mph, resulting in less pollution compared to when vehicles travel at higher speeds, will it not?

@kev_tape While the back garden is huge, the shop itself is tiny. Someone mentioned to me the owner tried to get planning permission, but as it’s the building is listed (it’s early 1700s) that’s difficult. Could be playing the long-game or too wealthy to bother about it being empty.
