@marcus73 Perhaps @LAnderson_Frank can answer. Church Street is in a Conservation Area, so I’d imagine change of use to residential will likely face considerable challenge to get it approved, above any existing challenges elsewhere. Shops in Green Lanes have been slowly disappearing.
