@notverylogicall There are only 5 purpose built commercial units that aren’t small, artisan shops and 5 merged shops, though there’ll be 4 as NextMove is downsizing to one shop, so very few opportunities for a large chain to open a branch in Church Street, as they often favour medium-large sites.

@notverylogicall It’s small like the vast majority of shops in Church Street. Out of interest, where in Church Street do you think an M&S or Waitrose could go other than Wholefoods and possibly Nando’s as it’s double-fronted but still relatively small.
