@cemvecem Well, at least both are independent businesses by the looks of it, which helps keep the overall number of large chains in the area to a minimum. Another positive is that neither is an estate agent or a cafe. Imagine if those two shops ended up looking like Church St! The horror.

@KeanEdwards They are incredibly heavy and not the usual fly-tipping that a couple of people can pick up. If the owner of the bins will not remove them, the council would need to use special removal equipment, which is not impossible but not as straightforward as one might think.
